Job summary

Anglo-Eastern is seeking a candidate to support IHM maintenance and marine projects. You will examine orders, review declarations, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely resubmission of MDs and SDoCs, while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires a science/engineering degree and at least one year of experience in marine on-site projects, with proficiency in Office 365 and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or BE in Naval Architecture/Mechanical required.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience.
• Prior marine on-site project experience preferred.
• Proficient with Office 365 and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Examine purchase orders and raise queries with vendors for clarification or corrections.
• Review MDs and SDoCs to ensure adequacy and compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors for revision and timely resubmission of MDs and SDoCs.
• Maintain and update operational records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor fleet documentation and system records for data management.
• Assist during site supervision of recycling projects and ship visits.

Roles & Accountabilities

IHM Maintenance

• Examine purchase orders and raise queries with vendors for clarification or corrections
• Review Material Declarations (MD) and Supplier Declarations of Conformity (SDoC) submitted by vendors to ensure adequacy and compliance
• Coordinate with vendors for revision and timely resubmission of MDs and SDoCs
• Maintain and update operational records, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures
• Monitor and process fleet-related documentation and system records for document management

Other Projects

• Assist during site supervision of recycling projects and ship visits
