The candidate should bring 12+ years of experience in electrical/electronics, automotive, EMS, industrial or high-volume discrete manufacturing, with proven exposure to Manufacturing Excellence

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Electrical/Electronics, Automotive, EMS, Industrial or high-volume discrete manufacturing environments.
• Strong exposure to Methods/Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-wide Methods/Industrial Engineering function.
• Drive manufacturing efficiency, capacity planning, line balancing, process engineering.
• Oversee material flow, automation and Smart Factory/Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Improve manpower productivity and training.

Job description

We are currently working on a Head Methods leadership mandate with a leading multinational manufacturing organization.

The role will lead the plant-wide Methods/Industrial Engineering function, with responsibility for manufacturing efficiency, capacity planning, line balancing, process engineering, material flow, automation, Smart Factory/Industry 4.0, new line industrialization, manpower productivity, and Training.

We are looking for senior professionals with 12+ years of experience from Electrical/Electronics, Automotive, EMS, Industrial or high-volume discrete manufacturing environments, with strong exposure to Methods/Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Excellence.
