Job Description

• Lead manufacturing strategy and execution across multiple plants / locations.
• Drive capacity utilization, productivity, cost optimization, and operational scalability.
• Build standardized systems, governance frameworks, and performance benchmarks across sites.
• Align manufacturing with business growth, expansion, and customer commitments.
• Own enterprise KPIs: OEE, yield, throughput, cost per unit, quality, and safety; implement Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead greenfield / brownfield expansions, commissioning, and production ramp‑up.
• Drive Industry 4.0, process innovation, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Ensure consistent quality systems across all plants and drive regulatory, customer, and operational compliance; build zero‑defect and zero‑harm culture.
• Lead Plant Heads / Site Leaders across locations.

The Successful Applicant

Education: Engineering degree required.

Experience:

• 20+ years in large‑scale manufacturing.
• Proven multi‑plant / cluster leadership experience.
• Strong exposure to high‑volume, technology‑driven manufacturing environments.
• Candidates should be working in Advanced Manufacturing, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Semiconductor, Automotive and Precision Engineering sectors.
