Job summary

Delivery Centric Technologies seeks an IC3 Functional Consultant for OFSAA EPM modules including FTP, PFT, allocation, costing, and MIS. You will translate business rules into detailed configuration, validate profitability and allocation logic, and ensure high-quality delivery.

You will collaborate with Finance, Product, Treasury, and MIS teams to design end-to-end solutions. The role emphasizes functional governance, scenario testing, RCA, and cross-team mentorship while supporting production

Responsibilities

• Develop SIT/UAT test cases and support execution and validation

IC3 Functional Consultant OFSAA EPM Suite

Role Overview

The IC3 Functional Consultant is responsible for independently owning functional delivery for one or more OFSAA Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) modulesincluding FTP, PFT, Allocation Engine, Costing, and MIS The role focuses on translating business rules into detailed configuration design, executing and validating profitability and cost allocation logic, and ensuring accurate and high-quality delivery

Key Responsibilities

1. Functional Configuration & Implementation

• Configure and validate OFSAA EPM components:
• FTP rules and pool definitions
• Profitability and PFT calculation logic
• Allocation rules (multi-step)
• Driver-based costing methodologies
• Own DIM/FCT metadata setup, hierarchies, and mapping logic
• Execute scenario runs for profitability, allocations, and costing

2. Requirement Understanding & Solution Design

• Conduct discussions with Finance, Product, Treasury, and MIS teams to understand requirements
• Convert business rules into configuration-ready logic, mapping sheets, and design specifications
• Assist in preparing functional design documents (FDD/FSD) with end-to-end flow clarity

3. Data Interpretation, Validation & Reconciliation

• Validate outputs such as:
• FTP spreads and rates
• Profitability calculations
• Allocation results and GL movements
• Cost distributions
• Identify discrepancy causes across dimensions: product, customer, business line, GL, and cost center
• Leverage SQL or analytical tools for functional validations

4. Testing & UAT Readiness

• Develop SIT/UAT test cases aligned to functional requirements
• Support execution and validation of model outputs
• Perform RCA for functional and data-related issues and recommend fixes
• Work with technical consultants to ensure correct logic implementation

5. Documentation & Functional Governance

• Create configuration logs, setup sheets, and mapping documents
• Maintain rule design, scenario parameters, assumptions, and functional artifacts
• Support business sign-off and release documentation

6. Production Support & Issue Resolution

• Support deployment, cutover, and post-go-live operations
• Troubleshoot rule logic issues, data mismatches, and configuration exceptions
• Provide hypercare support and handover documentation

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with IC3/IC4 technical consultants, testers, and DB/ETL teams
• Support client stakeholders and participate in design discussions and demos
• Provide guidance to IC1 and IC2 functional resources

Required Skills & Experience

Functional Skills

• Strong functional knowledge of:
• FTP concepts & pricing methods
• Profitability modelling (PFT)
• Allocation engine logic (drivers, hierarchies, multi-step logic)
• MIS & cost reporting
• Ability to understand and validate financial data at granular level

Technical Awareness (Functional View)

• Hands-on SQL for validation and reconciliation
• Understanding of OFSAA metadata: DIM/FCT models, hierarchies, rule framework

Preferred Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in OFSAA EPM implementations or Profitability analytics
• Domain background in Financial Services, Treasury, Finance, or MIS
• Exposure to multi-GL or multi-entity implementations is a plus
