Job summary

E4 Software Services Pvt Ltd. seeks a seasoned professional to lead functional configuration and implementation for profitability analytics using OFSAA EPM. You will define allocation rules, metadata mappings, and end-to-end validation flows with Finance, Product, Treasury, and MIS teams.

You will craft FDD/FSD documents, develop SIT/UAT tests, and ensure accurate profitability calculations. Hybrid coordination with global teams is expected, with post-go-live hypercare support.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of OFSAA EPM implementations or profitability analytics.
• Exposure to multi-GL or multi-entity implementations is a plus.
• Hands-on SQL for validation and reconciliation.
• Independent problem solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement functional aspects (FTP rules, allocation rules, metadata setup).
• Prepare functional design documents (FDD/FSD) with end-to-end flow clarity.
• Validate outputs such as profitability calculations using SQL or analytical tools.
• Develop SIT/UAT test cases aligned to functional requirements.
• Create configuration logs, setup sheets and mapping documents; provide handover.
• Support deployment, cutover, post-go-live operations and hypercare documentation.
• Collaborate with IC3/IC4 technical consultants, testers and DB/ETL teams; guide IC1/IC2 resources.

Functional Configuration & Implementation

• FTP rules and pool definitions
• Allocation rules (multi-step)
• Own DIM/FCT metadata setup, hierarchies, and mapping logic.
• Conduct discussions with Finance, Product, Treasury, and MIS teams to understand requirements.
• Assist in preparing functional design documents (FDD/FSD) with end-to-end flow clarity.
• Validate outputs such as:
• Profitability calculations
• Leverage SQL or analytical tools for functional validations.
• Develop SIT/UAT test cases aligned to functional requirements.
• Perform RCA for functional and data-related issues and recommend fixes.
• Create configuration logs, setup sheets, and mapping documents.
• Support business sign-off and release documentation.
• Support deployment, cutover, and post-go-live operations.
• Provide hypercare support and handover documentation.
• Work closely with IC3/IC4 technical consultants, testers, and DB/ETL teams.
• Provide guidance to IC1 and IC2 functional resources.
