IC4 Technical Consultant – OFSAA EPM Suite

Job Description

The IC4 Technical Consultant for the OFSAA Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) suite is responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting complex technical solutions across OFSAA PFT, FTP, Allocation Engine, Cost Management, and Profitability/MIS applications.

This role requires deep expertise in OFSAA Rule Framework, metadata design, high-performance SQL/PLSQL programming, ETL integration, and multi-module technical leadership. The IC4 operates as a senior individual contributor, driving end-to-end technical delivery with minimal supervision and mentoring junior technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced technical solutions for OFSAA EPM modules—FTP, PFT, Allocations, Costing, and MIS frameworks.
• Architect metadata models, DIM/FCT structures, hierarchy setups, and data transformation pipelines.
• Build and optimize complex rule framework components including Allocation Rules, Transformation Rules, driver-based allocations, cost models, profitability calculations, and FTP processing logic.
• Develop highly efficient SQL/PLSQL packages, procedures, and transformations for large datasets (50M–1B+ rows).
• Own technical delivery for OFSAA EPM workstreams—design, build, test, optimize, deploy.
• Resolve complex L3 issues, including batch failures, rule performance degradation, metadata issues, and data inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with functional EPM consultants and guide IC1–IC3 technical team members.
