Job summary

Rigved Technologies in Mumbai seeks an experienced IBM BAW administrator to manage user roles, access control, and application deployments in a workflow engine environment.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of hands-on IBM BAW experience, with preference for IBM Certified Administrator. The role covers toolkit management, deployment/versioning of snapshots, and ITSM-based issue resolution across multiple environments.

Qualifications

• Experience required: 3-5 years in any commercially available workflow engine application.
• Preferred - Certification in IBM Certified Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with IBM BAW administration, including user role and access management, process application and toolkit management, deployment and versioning of snapshots, workflow instance management, runtime configuration, application server troubleshooting, ITSM-based issue resolution, database-level changes, performance monitoring, environment migration, and security controls and cyber compliance measures.

Responsibilities

• Assigning and managing user roles and permissions within BAW.
• Configuring security policies to protect sensitive data and resources.
• Creating and managing process applications and toolkits.
• Configuring runtime settings for process applications.
• Managing the deployment and versioning of process applications including deployment of snapshots in the server.
• Management of workflow instances including re-assignment and termination of instances.
• Resolution of ITSM-marked issues, including minor workflow changes and relevant DB updates.
• Troubleshooting issues with the application server.
• Developing/configuring resolutions for cyber security observations.
• System monitoring of application performance and uptime; addressing potential issues.
• Maintain appropriate user access and permissions across environments.
• Ensure consistency between environments and move changes from lower to higher environments.
• Submit performance, issue-resolution and daily activity reports to the supervisor.
