Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced IBM BPM/BAW Administrator to manage and support IBM BPM/BAW platforms in a 24/7 operations model. The role covers platform administration, upgrades, performance optimization, disaster recovery, and incident management to ensure SLA compliance.

You will handle O&M tasks, coordinate with IBM/OEM support, manage DR drills, and maintain SOPs and documentation, ensuring high availability and reliability of the BPM/BAW environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of BPM administration experience.
• Experience with IBM BPM/BAW platforms.
• Location in or near Noida, India.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 O&M support for IBM BPM/BAW platforms.
• Perform platform administration, configuration, patching, upgrades and routine maintenance.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Handle incident management and root-cause analysis within SLAs.
• Coordinate with IBM/OEM support for issues and PMRs.
• Manage DC and DR operations including DR drills, failover and switchover.
• Ensure platform availability, stability, performance and reliability.
• Maintain technical docs, operational reports and support records.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs and support documentation.
• Coordinate with IT, infra and application teams to resolve issues.
• Support knowledge transfer and adherence to processes and SLAs.

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced IBM BPM/BAW Administrator to manage, support, and maintain IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) and Business Automation Workflow (BAW) platforms. The candidate will be responsible for 247 operations and maintenance, platform administration, upgrades, performance optimization, disaster recovery, and incident management to ensure platform availability and SLA compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 247 Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for IBM BPM/BAW platforms.
• Perform platform administration, configuration, patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot platform-related issues.
• Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with IBM/OEM support teams for technical issues and Problem Management Records (PMRs).
• Manage Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) operations, including DR drills, failover, and switchover activities.
• Ensure platform availability, stability, performance, and operational reliability.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational reports, and support records.
• Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and support documentation.
• Coordinate with internal IT, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support knowledge transfer and ensure adherence to operational processes and service-level agreements.
