Qualifications

• Experience migrating from IBM BPM to IBM BAW is a value add.
• Team leadership or collaboration in an agile development environment.
• Proactive, customer-focused, analytical with strong communication skills.

Job description

The Role requires development experience in IBM BPM/BAW (Business Automation Workflow). Role will include designing and developing BPM solutions in IBM BPM/BAW and ensuring a reliable and timely delivery of the code to the customer as per the requirements.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience working directly with clients as a technical consultant and have experience in IBM BPM/BAW. They will not only be technically savvy but also have mastered the art of delivering customer solutions that meet their future requirements. Minimum Qualifications

Diploma/Degree related to Information Technology or equivalent experience.

Experience Required

• 3+ years broad experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing the code to create the solutions.
• Experience in migrating from IBM BPM to IBM BAW is value add.
• Proven ability to work effectively as both a team leader and as a member of a small team of technical staff working in an agile development environment.
