Job summary

Impronics Technologies in Gurugram, Haryana invites experienced professionals to design, develop, and support Business Automation Workflow (BAW) applications. You will implement components, integrate with IBM BPM/BAW, and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.

The role requires hands-on coding in Java, REST APIs, and web services, plus strong analysis, problem solving, and collaboration with business analysts and testers to deliver scalable workflow solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BAW development or related technologies.
• Strong proficiency in IBM BPM, IBM BAW, Java, REST APIs, and Web services.
• Experience with workflow design, process automation, and backend integration.
• Solid understanding of BPM and process automation principles.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP/REST web services and integration technologies.
• Knowledge of DB2/SQL/Oracle with query writing and performance tuning.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
