Job summary

Conduent is seeking an experienced IBM WebSphere Middleware Administrator to manage and support enterprise middleware platforms including WAS, WebSphere Portal, IBM BAW, and IHS.

The role covers admin, clustering, deployments, CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, SSL, IAM integrations, and production performance tuning in a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Middleware Administration experience.
• 5+ years of WebSphere Application Server administration.
• 5+ years of WebSphere Portal administration.
• 5+ years of IBM BAW/admin workflow administration.
• Experience with Jenkins, Linux, scripting, SSL, IAM, and prod support.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain WebSphere environments.
• Manage clusters, deployment managers, nodes, JVMs, and JDBC resources.
• Support WebSphere Portal and IBM BAW environments.
• Deploy applications, upgrade patches, and manage releases.
• Build Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts.
• Manage SSL certificates and IAM integrations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize middleware in production.
• Provide on-call support for enterprise applications.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of Middleware Administration experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on WebSphere Application Server Administration.
• 5+ years of WebSphere Portal Administration.
• 5+ years of IBM BAW/WebSphere Process Server Administration.
• Experience with Jenkins, Linux, Scripting, SSL, IAM, and Enterprise Production Support.
