Job summary

Teacher Pool is seeking an enthusiastic Hindi educator to design and deliver play-based lessons for PYP Grades 1–5, aligning with IB transdisciplinary themes. The role emphasizes inquiry-driven strategies to develop reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Hindi while incorporating local culture and values.

The teacher will collaborate with homeroom and specialist staff to co-plan cross-subject units, assess progress with varied tools, and strengthen home-school partnerships.

Qualifications

• Must have IB PYP knowledge and Hindi pedagogy.
• Experience or capability in inquiry-based learning strategies.
• Ability to align lessons with IB transdisciplinary themes and learner outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, play-based Hindi lessons for PYP Grades 1–5.
• Incorporate inquiry-driven strategies to develop reading, writing, speaking, and listening in Hindi.
• Collaborate with homeroom and specialist teachers to co-plan units integrating Hindi across subjects.
• Assess student progress using formative and summative tools and adapt instruction for diverse learners.
