• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for IB EYP teachers across Chennai and surrounding districts.
• Build and maintain relationships with IB-certified schools, headmasters, and curriculum coordinators.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates for EYP roles using structured evaluation frameworks.
• Organize interview scheduling, candidate briefings, and onboarding logistics for international and domestic hires.
• Track candidate pipelines through ATS and provide real-time reporting to operations and client success teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and training teams to develop candidate attraction content and prepare educators for IB-specific interviews.

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for IB Early Years Programme (EYP) teachers across schools in Chennai and surrounding districts.
• Build and maintain relationships with IB-certified schools, headmasters, and curriculum coordinators to align hiring needs with candidate profiles.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates for EYP roles using structured behavioral and pedagogical evaluation frameworks.
