Job summary

Cross Identity is seeking an IAM L2 Implementation & Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Access Management and Identity Governance & Administration. You will provide implementation, production support, troubleshooting, and customer onboarding for enterprise IAM solutions.

The role requires working onsite at client locations in Navi Mumbai, with 24x7 rotational shifts and six days per week. Strong troubleshooting, customer-facing skills, and willingness to learn new IAM technologies are

Responsibilities

• L2 implementation and production support for IAM solutions.
• Configure and support AM and IGA modules.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, provisioning and reconciliation issues.
• Support SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth2, OIDC and LDAP integrations.
• User provisioning/de-provisioning, role management and access certification support.
• Monitor connectors, schedulers and synchronization jobs.
• Support deployments, upgrades and patches.
• Perform RCA and coordinate with L3, infrastructure and customer teams.
• Work in 24x7 rotational shifts at customer premises.

Job Summary

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of both Access Management (AM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).


• Experience with at least one IAM platform (CrossIdentity, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, ForgeRock, Ping, OIM, IBM Security Verify).


• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, SCIM and MFA.


• Windows/Linux administration.


• Basic knowledge of MySQL, Oracle or SQL Server.


• Apache/Tomcat knowledge preferred.


• ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy).


• Basic PowerShell, Shell or Python scripting preferred.

Mandatory Experience

• 3 to 6 years of IAM implementation and support experience.


• Hands‑on experience in both AM and IGA.


• Experience with on‑premises or cloud IAM solutions.


• Customer‑facing production support experience.


• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.


• Willingness to learn new IAM technologies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
