Job summary

Kiya.ai is seeking an experienced IAM Architect to design and implement large-scale Identity and Access Management solutions. You will lead workshops, craft technical designs, and drive end-to-end delivery across onsite and offshore teams in a global delivery setup.

You will mentor junior resources, collaborate with vendors, and shape IAM strategy, roadmaps, and governance. Strong communication and security‑minded problem solving are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, configure, customize, and implement large-scale IAM solutions.
• Develop and integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, directories, databases, cloud platforms, and other ecosystems.
• Lead requirements-gathering workshops, solution discussions, and design sessions with client stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain solution architecture, technical design, integration, and implementation documentation.
• Independently manage IAM project deliverables from requirements through deployment and production support.
• Work with onsite and offshore client teams in a global delivery environment.
• Perform advanced debugging, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting of complex IAM issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and product support teams to resolve critical issues.
• Lead IAM strategy and advisory engagements, including maturity assessments and roadmaps.
• Evaluate IAM environments and recommend improvements in security, scalability, governance, and efficiency.
• Mentor junior IAM consultants and developers; support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Research emerging IAM trends and opportunities for adoption.
• Contribute to IAM eminence activities and client-facing thought leadership.
• Support business development through RFP/RFI responses and client discussions.
• Partner with sales and consulting teams to identify IAM opportunities and oversee solution proposals.
• Participate in campus and lateral recruitment and technical interviews.

Job description

• Develop and integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, directories, databases, cloud platforms, and other technology ecosystems.


• Lead requirements-gathering workshops, solution discussions, and design sessions with client stakeholders.


• Prepare and maintain solution architecture, technical design, integration, and implementation documentation.

• Mentor junior IAM consultants and developers, provide technical guidance, and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.


• Research and evaluate emerging IAM trends, technologies, platforms, and security practices and identify opportunities for adoption.


• Contribute to IAM eminence activities, including whitepapers, technical articles, solution accelerators, presentations, and internal knowledge assets.


• Support business development activities, including RFP/RFI responses, proposals, solution presentations, effort estimation, and client discussions.


• Partner with sales and consulting teams to identify IAM opportunities and support the development of innovative IAM solutions.


• Participate in campus and lateral recruitment, including technical interviews and candidate evaluation.


• Ensure IAM implementations follow enterprise security standards, architecture principles, and industry best practices.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and enterprise security solutions.


• Hands-on experience in IAM solution architecture, implementation, customization, configuration, and integration.


• Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Access Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Authentication, Authorization, and Identity Lifecycle Management.


• Experience with JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) processes, RBAC, access requests, approvals, provisioning/deprovisioning, access reviews, and certifications.


• Strong knowledge of IAM integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, LDAP/Active Directory, databases, and enterprise applications.


• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and perform advanced debugging and root-cause analysis.


• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.


• Experience working in onsite/offshore and global delivery models.


• Strong documentation, solution-design, presentation, and consulting skills.


• Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior resources.


• Exposure to cloud IAM and modern identity technologies is highly desirable.
