Job summary

ICE Data Services is seeking an IAM Product Support Engineer to design, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management across diverse IT platforms. You will troubleshoot IAM issues, ensure security compliance, and guide best practices for access management in enterprise environments.

The role requires hands-on experience with Active Directory, PAM solutions, Windows Server, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). Strong problem-solving and production support skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT Infrastructure / IAM Engineering experience.

• Windows Server Administration in enterprise environments.

As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems and applications. You will design, implement, and maintain policies and systems that control user identities, credentials, roles, and permissions across various IT platforms and applications. You will also monitor and audit user activities, troubleshoot issues, and comply with IT standards and regulations. To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical skills, analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and knowledge of IT security best practices.

Identity and Access Management (IAM) Product support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and expertise related to Identity and Access management products. This role involves assisting internal teams with IAM solutions, addressing issues, ensuring compliance and providing guidance on IAM best practices.

Administers an information systems program to validate enterprise policies and regulatory requirements are met across the business. Evaluates controls to ensure effectiveness and compliance with the business standards and regulatory requirements; manages enterprise remediation efforts; and supports internal and external audits. Uses tools and procedures to respond to inquiries. Recommends solutions, advises on systems and application‑level configurations, and investigates/mitigates risks as required.

IAM Product support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and expertise related to Identity and Access management products. This role involves managing Identity and access management solutions, ensuring security compliance, and optimizing AD infrastructure for performance and reliability. Ensure all IAM AD tools are running without any production issues; Issues can be related to stability, availability, performance etc.

Candidates must have hands‑on experience supporting enterprise IAM platforms, Active Directory, PAM solutions (CyberArk/Secret Server), and Windows infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting, production support, cloud (Azure/AWS), and user access management experience is required. Pure SailPoint development or IAM governance profiles without infrastructure administration experience may not be suitable.
