Job summary

LTM in Noida seeks a senior IAM Solution Consultant to design end-to-end IAM solutions, support client pursuits, and lead technical discussions across RFPs and RFIs.

You will translate business needs into security architectures and roadmaps, advise on IAM transformation, and present demos to executives.

Requires 6-16 years total experience with 3-5+ years in IAM Pre-Sales or Security Architecture and hands-on knowledge of SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Azure AD, Okta, or Ping Identity.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in IAM Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Security Architecture
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts and security architectures
• Experience in client workshops and RFP/RFI responses
• Ability to translate business needs into technical IAM roadmaps

Responsibilities

Role Overview

This is a senior IAM pre-sales and solution consulting role responsible for designing end-to-end Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, supporting client pursuits, leading technical discussions, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and advising customers on IAM transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

• Design end-to-end IAM solutions aligned to customer business and security objectives.
• Define solution architecture, implementation approach, scope, effort estimates, and pricing inputs.
• Develop IAM roadmaps, target-state architectures, and operating models.

Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement

• Lead customer discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Support sales teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and assessments.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and executive briefings.

IAM Domain Consulting

• Advise clients on:
  • Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Identity Lifecycle Management
  • Access Governance
  • Zero Trust Security
  • Cloud Identity Security
• Recommend IAM best practices and transformation strategies.
