Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an IAM Engineer with 6-8 years of experience to work on ISAM/IAM, SSO configurations, and federation projects in Mumbai/Chennai/Pune (WFO). You will handle ISAM modules, LDAP operations, and migration tasks, ensuring secure authentication and federated access across business apps.

Required skills include SAML/SAML 2.0, OAuth, ADFS, MFA, and strong communication. Prior Tivoli Directory Server and Python experience is a plus; candidate must be ready for day-to-day operations

Qualifications

• ISAM/IAM/LDAP operations support experience required.
• SSO solution design and configuration experience using Access Manager.
• Federated SSO using SAML standards preferred.
• Understanding of SSO, SAML, SAML 2.0, OAuth, and ADFS is essential.
• Migration of applications to ISAM Federation model is a plus.
• Ability to integrate business apps with ISAM per requirements.
• Experience with MFA/OIDC and other authentication mechanisms.
• Strong communication and outage-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage ISAM/IAM operations and administration for base, AAC, and federation modules.
• Configure SSO solutions and federated SSO using SAML standards.
• Lead outage calls and contribute to knowledge base and SOPs.
• Collaborate in provisioning workflows, adapters, clustering, and user registries.
• Assist in migration and implementation in ISAM projects.

Job Title: IAM Engineer

Location: Chennai, Pune, Mumbai (WFO)

Skills Required: Cyber Security - IAM Professional Services, Microsoft SQL Server 2019

Experience: 6-8 Years

Job Description : Must have

• ISAM Module skills: Base, Advance Access Control(AAC), Federation
• Experience with ISAM/IAM/LDAP operations support
• ISAM administration and support for Base, AAC, Federation Modules
• Configuring SSO solutions using Access Manager.
• Federated Single Sign on using SAML Standards
• Must have Understanding of SSO, SAML, SAML 2.0, OAUTH, ADFS
• Good to have experience in migration of applications to ISAM Federation Model
• Integrate business applications with ISAM as per requirements
• Implement Multi-factor Authentication, OAuth, OIDC and other authentication mechanisms
• Independent contributor with ability to resolve issues and close tickets
• Day-to-Day operations support activities
• Workflow knowledge in design/implementations, provisioning process, junctions, adapters, Clustering, Policies, User registries.
• Knowledge in Tivoli Directory Server (TDS), External Authentication Interface (EAI), PD Admin, Python, Federation module, Distributed session cache & Web Services.
• Troubleshooting knowledge over Server level to User level queries.
• Experience in Architecture & Design aspects of IAM is preferred.
• Migration and Implementation experience in ISAM would be an Add on
• Must be able to lead and participate in outage calls
• Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required
• Participate in daily/ weekly/ monthly/ customer / internal meetings and provide activities report
• Able to create policy and procedure manual
• Understand the SLA and ensure the SLAs are met as per the TCS agreement with customer
