Job summary

Accenture Hyderabad seeks a Senior Manager—Process Excellence in I&P GN Finance to drive deep cross-tower finance process transformations across OTC, RTR, PTP, FP&A, Tax and Treasury, with AI strategy and value architecture.

You will lead multi-workstream programs, define AI use cases, orchestrate agentic solutions, and partner with clients to realize measurable improvements while embedding responsible AI and governance.

Qualifications

• Finance Ops transformation across OTC, RTR, PTP, FP&A, Tax and Treasury.
• Experience implementing AI use cases and value framing in finance.
• Ability to lead multi-workstream programs with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience of implementing AI use cases, reinventing end to end processes leveraging AI
• Experience in assessments to identify AI use-cases and value framing; connecting agentic solutions to measurable KPIs
• Agentic AI Design & Implementation in Finance: Deep understanding of multi-agent orchestration, roadmap creation, human-in-the-loop design; lead teams/pods in rapid prototyping
• Solution Design & Workflow Architecture: Automation & Integration Exposure with Value Case Development experience
• AI-Enabled Operating Model Design: Design of Future Finance Op model with human+ Gen/Agentic AI agents
• AI Fluency at scale: GenAI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, Prompt Engineering, AI governance, responsible AI and auditability
• Program Leadership: Multi-workstream programmes across Finance, Tech, and Change
• Stakeholder & Executive Client Relationship Management
