Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant in Gurgaon to lead finance transformation and process excellence initiatives across multiple locations including Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.

The role requires 3–7 years in finance operations transformation, with hands-on Python, SQL, and AI tooling experience. Strong knowledge of ERP/Finance modules and RPA is essential. Join a team driving transformative projects with key G2000 clients.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in finance operations transformation.
• Educational background as listed: CA/CPA/MBA Finance/B.Tech/B.E/Data Science (Tier 1 institute).
• Python, SQL, Excel; BPMN/process modelling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Python scripting for data extraction, transformation, API calls, automation; write clean functional scripts independently.
• SQL querying of Finance datasets; joins, aggregations, sub-queries; extract insights from ERP/data warehouse.
• AI-Ready Process Analysis: analyse Finance workflows, document pain points, identify automation/AI opportunities; BPMN/process modelling experience.
• Hands-On AI Tooling: GenAI prompt engineering, RPA scripting, process mining, or LLM-based workflow prototyping (at least one).
• Data Analysis & Finance Reporting in Excel/Power BI/Python/SQL.
• Solution Documentation and Delivery Contribution.
• Finance Sub-Process Knowledge: at least one tower (OTC, PTP, or RTR).
