Accenture in India seeks a Senior Manager, Process Excellence-PE, to lead AI-enabled FP&A transformations for global finance clients, embedding AI across planning, forecasting, and performance management. You will partner with CFOs and GBS leaders to shape roadmaps, drive multi‑stream programs, and deliver measurable value.

The role requires deep FP&A, EPM/CPM expertise, and hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools; you will mentor teams, build reusable IP, and contribute to pursuit strategies

Management Level: 06 – Sr. Manager
Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad
Must have skills: AI Led Process transformation expertise in Enterprise performance Management / Connected Planning / Financial planning & analysis, with AI strategy and value architecture experience

Good to have skills

• Familiarity with value positioning and business case for AI/ML-powered forecasting techniques — predictive analytics, anomaly detection, scenario modelling, and rolling forecast automation using tools like Azure ML, Amazon forecast, or Agentic/Gen-AI powered tools like, or embedded AI in EPM platforms
• Exposure to Multi-agent AI frameworks (LangChain / CrewAI / AutoGen) for FP&A workflow automation — e.g., narrative generation, variance analysis agents, commentary drafting
• Hands‑on experience with EPM/CPM planning platforms (Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, Workday Adaptive, SAP BPC/Analytics Cloud) for budgeting, forecasting, and driver‑based modelling
• Experience with BI & visualization tools (Power BI with Copilot, Tableau Einstein, Qlik) for CFO dashboards, management reporting, and AI‑assisted forecast visualization
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) and API integration patterns supporting real‑time FP&A data flows, ML model deployment, and planning ecosystem connectivity

Drives end‑to‑end transformation from diagnostic through delivery, including transition program leadership and value realization.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead complex, multi‑workstream Finance & Accounting transformation engagements – from process diagnostics and maturity assessments through future‑state design, transition, and value realizationOwn deep process expertise across Financial planning & Analysis (FP&A); guide teams on process reinvention using AI‑enabled approachesConduct and oversee L1–L4 process mapping, gap analysis, and benchmarking; translate findings into prioritized intervention roadmaps with measurable KPI targetsDemonstrated experience implementing AI use cases that reinvent end‑to‑end Finance processes; connect Agentic AI solutions to measurable KPIs and business outcomesAgentic AI Design & Implementation: multi‑agent orchestration, roadmap creation, and human‑in‑the‑loop design; lead pods in rapid prototyping of Finance AI solutionsAI‑Enabled Operating Model Design – future Finance FP&A op models combining human expertise with Gen/Agentic AI agents across FP&A / FinanceAI Fluency at Scale: GenAI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, Prompt Engineering, AI governance, responsible AI and auditability frameworksOwn executive‑level stakeholder engagement – partner with CFOs, Controllers, and GBS/SSC leadership to shape transformation roadmaps, secure sponsorship, and present ROI‑linked business casesProgram Leadership: oversee multi‑workstream programmes spanning Finance, Technology, and Change Management; ensure quality, timelines, and value delivery across workstreamsDrive business development – contribute to pursuit strategy, proposal development, client relationship expansion, and practice revenue growthBuild reusable intellectual property – process frameworks, transition playbooks, AI use case libraries, and benchmarks; mentor and develop a high‑performing team
