Accenture is seeking a Process Excellence Manager in Finance to lead AI-enabled FP&A transformations across multiple locations in India. You will partner with senior stakeholders to design future-state processes, craft AI-enabled operating models, and drive transition workstreams that deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will lead end-to-end FP&A process optimization, map As-Is and To-Be processes, and collaborate with AI/data teams to implement innovative automation and analytics

Must have skills:

Strong Finance / FP&A / Connected Planning Process Transformation expertise with AI use case identification & process design exposure

Good to have skills:

• Familiarity with AI/ML-powered forecasting techniques - predictive analytics, anomaly detection, scenario modelling, and rolling forecast automation using tools like Azure ML, Amazon forecast, or Agentic/Gen-AI powered tools like, or embedded AI in EPM platforms
• Exposure to Multi-agent AI frameworks (LangChain / CrewAI / AutoGen) for FP&A workflow automation - e.g., narrative generation, variance analysis agents, commentary drafting
• Hands-on experience with EPM/CPM planning platforms (Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, Workday Adaptive, SAP BPC/Analytics Cloud) for budgeting, forecasting, and driver-based modelling
• Awareness of FP&A processes and taxonomy for any one industry

Job Summary:

Process Excellence Manager leads AI enabled FP&A transformations. Partners with senior stakeholders to design AI enabled future-state processes and AI-enabled operating models, leads transition workstreams, and bridges Finance SMEs with AI/data and technology teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end process excellence workstreams - As-Is process mapping (L1-L4), maturity assessments, gap analysis, and To-Be design across FP&A
• Strong Finance process transformation with AI use case identification & design across FP&A; prioritize interventions with measurable impact
• Agentic AI Design & Delivery: hands-on designing and deploying Agentic / GenAI-powered solutions; work in design/development pods with FDEs, AI/data engineers, and automation specialists
• Finance AI Solution Architecting: translate Finance process requirements into functional specs for development teams; bridge Finance SMEs and technical developers
• AI Fluency: LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain / AutoGen; evaluate AI model outputs for Finance use cases; identify fit-for-purpose AI approaches by process
• Automation & Integration design exposure - map integration touchpoints, assess API-based workflow automation opportunities, and contribute to value case development
• Leverage Low-Code / No-Code platforms in Finance AI programme design phases; understanding of API middleware architectures
• Manage project teams (3-6 members); coach junior consultants, ensure delivery quality, and maintain client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Contribute to practice asset development - process frameworks, AI use case playbooks, transition templates, and proposal content
