Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Consultant - Process Excellence (I&P GN Finance) to drive process excellence and finance transformation initiatives across Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. You will implement Python scripting, SQL data extraction, and AI-enabled improvements within OTC/PTP/RTR domains.

Role requires 3–7 years of experience, CA/CPA/MBA Finance or related degrees, and hands-on exposure to ERP tools and analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• Drive process excellence and finance transformation initiatives.
• Python scripting for data extraction, transformation, API calls, automation; writes clean functional scripts independently
• SQL querying Finance datasets; joins, aggregations, sub-queries; extracting insights from ERP / data warehouse tables
• AI-Ready Process Analysis: Analyse Finance workflows, document pain points, identify automation / AI opportunities; BPMN or process modelling experience
• Hands-On AI Tooling: GenAI prompt engineering, RPA scripting, process mining, or LLM-based workflow prototyping (at least one)
• Data Analysis & Finance Reporting in Excel / Power BI / Python / SQL
• Solution Documentation and Delivery Contribution
• Finance Sub-Process Knowledge: At least one tower (OTC, PTP, or RTR)
