Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant-Process Excellence in Finance to drive transformation initiatives across finance operations. The role requires 3–7 years of experience, strong Python and SQL skills, and exposure to RPA and process mining tools.

You will work on finance sub-processes (OTC/PTP/RTR), contribute to data-driven improvements, and collaborate with global teams to deliver AI-enabled process enhancements using BPMN and analytics.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA/MBA Finance or B.Tech/B.E with Tier 1 institute background.
• 3–7 years of experience in finance operations transformation.
• Strong Python and SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Exposure to BPMN or process modelling.

Responsibilities

• Python (must have): scripting for data extraction, transformation, API calls and automation.
• SQL (must have): querying finance datasets and ERP data for insights.
• AI-ready process analysis: identify automation opportunities and document pain points.
• Hands-on AI tooling: GenAI/RPA scripting or process mining experimentation.
• Finance data analysis and reporting in Excel/Power BI/Python/SQL.
• Deliver solutions with proper documentation and governance.
• Finance sub-process knowledge in OTC, PTP, or RTR.

• AI-Ready Process Analysis: Analyse Finance workflows, document pain points, identify automation / AI opportunities; BPMN or process modelling experience
• Hands-On AI Tooling: GenAI prompt engineering, RPA scripting, process mining, or LLM-based workflow prototyping (at least one)
• Data Analysis & Finance Reporting in Excel / Power BI / Python / SQL
• Solution Documentation and Delivery Contribution
