Job summary

Accenture in India seeks a Manager – Process Excellence (I&P GN Finance) to drive Finance Process Transformation initiatives with AI use case identification and design exposure across OTC, PTP, and RTR towers. The role requires hands-on AI solution design, architecture, and delivery in collaboration with finance SMEs and engineering teams.

Ideal candidates have CA/CPA or MBA in Finance, 7–11 years of experience, and a strong background in SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion Finance and analytics tools

Qualifications

• Strong finance process transformation expertise with AI use case identification and design exposure in OTC / PTP / RTR.
• Able to design and deploy agentic/GenAI-powered finance solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Experience translating finance requirements into technical specs for dev teams.

• Design and deliver agentic/GenAI-powered finance solutions with AI/data experts.
• Architect finance AI solutions bridging SMEs and engineers.
• Develop low-code/no-code platforms in finance AI programs.
• Evaluate AI model outputs for finance use cases.
• Ensure integration and automation across OTC, PTP and RTR towers.
• Guide API middleware architectures (MuleSoft / Azure).

• Multi-agent orchestration (CrewAI / LangGraph / AutoGen)
• SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion Finance module knowledge
• Process Mining (Celonis / Signavio); Power BI / Tableau for Finance analytics
• Exposure to 1 or more Enabling Tech Tools; SOX / IFRS / GAAP controls awareness

• Strong Finance Process Transformation expertise with AI use case identification & design exposure in OTC / PTP / RTR (incl. FA)
• Agentic AI Design & Delivery: Hands-on designing and deploying agentic / GenAI-powered solutions; experience working in design/development teams/pods with other FDEs and AI/Data experts
• FInance AI Solution Architecting: Translate Finance requirements into specs for dev/engineering teams; bridge Finance SMEs and technical developers
• AI Fluency: LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain / AutoGen; evaluate AI model outputs for Finance use cases
• Automation & Integration design exposure with value case development experience
• Ability to use Low-Code / No-Code platforms in design/development phases of Finance AI programs
• Understanding of API middleware (MuleSoft / Azure Integration Services) frameworks/architectures
• Tower-level Finance expertise: 2+ towers preferred (OTC, PTP, RTR)
