Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Business Transformation Associate Manager in Bengaluru with 10–14 years of experience, preferably in Capital Markets, Asset Management or Wealth Management, and a Graduation or MBA in Finance.

You will analyze business problems and drive transformation using Lean Six Sigma, RPA, Gen AI, and implement enterprise platform solutions while guiding small teams and aligning with senior management.

Qualifications

• Graduation or MBA in Finance (as indicated).
• Minimum 3 years of project handling experience.
• Exposure to Capital Markets, Asset Management, or Wealth Management is preferred.

• 7-11 years of experience, preferably in Capital Markets (US).
• Exposure to Asset Management and Wealth Management.
• Graduation or MBA in Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of project handling.
• RPA preferred but not mandatory.
