SPX Flow is seeking an Installation & Commissioning Engineer (ICE) to manage installation and commissioning tasks across APAC and beyond, operating with autonomy to align with project goals and stay within time, quality, and cost targets.
You will engage with site teams, participate in project roles such as Site Manager, Installation Supervisor, CTL or PCE, and ensure seamless handover and documentation while upholding safety standards.
The purpose of the Installation and Commissioning Engineer (ICE) role is to positively contribute to the project results through successful coordinated management and execution of multiple tasks in alignment with Installation and Commissioning (I&C) function objectives, priorities and methods.
The job holder operates with a high level of autonomy, and collaborates with peers and superiors to operationalize goals and priorities in line with the strategic direction for the project. He / she has day to day accountability for the successful delivery of the tasks for which he / she is owner, in order to achieve time, quality and cost targets, within financial, contractual and health and safety parameters.
Extensive travel within APAC with some travel to other regions (EMEA) for site Installation / commissioning work. Each project delivered by SPX Flow is led by a Project Manager supported by a project team.

The job holder complies with SPX Flow project execution processes, methods and tools. He / she is accountable for achieving operational effectiveness within agreed time frame. In his / her role, he / she demonstrates a culture of innovation, high performance, accountability and continuous improvement, aligning efforts in the short and long term to the PM’s strategic goals.
The Process Commissioning Engineer attends any meeting on the Commissioning Team Leader demand. He / she proceeds with weekly commissioning reviews and sends a weekly report to the Commissioning Team Leader. He / she is responsible for providing him / her with his / her final commissioning report before leaving site. The final commissioning report must include:
The Process Commissioning Engineer is owner of the following process. Full completion of each of the tasks is his / her scope of supply. He / her can be supported by specialists but must ideally be able to handle each of these tasks without any external support. He / she must therefore demonstrate related knowledge and even skills. Mistakes and failures fixing are included. Formalization of the results is his / her deliverables.
