Job summary

HRS Process Systems Ltd. in Pune invites an instrumentation engineer to independently handle instrumentation engineering, project execution, PLC/HMI programming support, and on-site commissioning. You will also contribute to FAT/SAT, documentation, and customer support.

The role includes preparation of Instrument Datasheets, I/O Lists, Cable Schedules, Hook-up Drawings, and Loop Diagrams, with strong emphasis on accurate technical documentation and smooth field integration.

Qualifications

• Experience in instrumentation and process control concepts.
• Ability to prepare datasheets, I/O lists, and loop diagrams.
• FAT/SAT, commissioning, and field support experience.

• Preparation of Cause & Effect Matrix, Control Philosophy, FAT/SAT Documents, O&M Manuals and As-Built Documents.

• Candidate should have process understanding, instrument understanding and selection.
• Model de codification. Documentation , Commissioning.
• Panel Testing, IO List preparation.
• HMI / SCADA Development
• Industrial Communication Protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP)
