Tekskills Inc. in India is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and implement enterprise integrations across source systems. The role focuses on CMDB, ITOM, and scalable ServiceNow platform architecture, with hands-on design responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will own end-to-end integration patterns, drive data quality, security, and performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an onsite setup in Hyderabad/Chennai.

Formación

• 8-10+ years IT experience with significant ServiceNow architecture expertise.
• Deep experience integrating multiple source systems into ServiceNow using APIs, Integration Hub, Import Sets, MID Servers, event pipelines, and batch/scheduled integrations.
• Strong experience with CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, Event Management, Discovery, and CI lifecycle management.

Responsabilidades

• Own the architecture and design of integrations from enterprise source systems into ServiceNow.
• Define end-to-end integration strategies for platforms such as Splunk, Zabbix, Flexera, SCCM, and NetBox.
• Design integration patterns supporting CMDB, Asset Management, Event Management, Monitoring, and Operational use cases.
• Define data ownership, source-system responsibilities, reconciliation logic, target CI models, and transformation standards.
• Lead secure, scalable, and maintainable integration designs covering authentication, scheduling, retry mechanisms, logging, and support processes.
• Guide development teams on best practices for APIs, Import Sets, Transform Maps, Integration Hub, Scripted Integrations, and MID Server implementations.
• Ensure data segregation, rights separation, and access control requirements are incorporated into integration designs.
• Establish standards for data quality, duplicate handling, normalization, and stale data management.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow architects, infrastructure teams, process consultants, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Support immediate business needs while building a scalable long-term integration foundation.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in enterprise integrations, CMDB, ITOM, and ServiceNow platform architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable integration solutions across multiple enterprise systems.

Key Requirements

• 8-10+ years of overall IT experience with significant ServiceNow architecture expertise.
• Deep experience integrating multiple source systems into ServiceNow using APIs, Integration Hub, Import Sets, MID Servers, event pipelines, and batch/scheduled integrations.
• Strong practical experience with platforms such as Splunk, Zabbix, Flexera, SCCM/Microsoft Configuration Manager, NetBox, and similar monitoring, discovery, asset, and inventory tools.
• Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, Event Management, Discovery, and CI lifecycle management.
• Expertise in source-of-truth design, reconciliation rules, normalization strategies, and ServiceNow data models.
• Hands-on knowledge of integration security, credential management, error handling, observability, performance optimization, and supportability.
• Experience designing scalable ServiceNow integration architectures for multi-team and multi-domain environments.
• Strong understanding of data mapping, payload transformation, data quality management, and duplicate handling.

Good to Have

• Experience in telecom, utilities, critical infrastructure, or other large enterprise environments.
• Exposure to integrating monitoring and observability platforms with ServiceNow Event Management and CMDB.
• Knowledge of OT/network asset structures and service-impact relationships.
• Experience with domain separation, ACL design, and environment-specific access controls.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-CMDB, CIS-ITSM, or Integration Hub certifications.
