Job summary

Across Engitech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Sales Engineer to develop business for HVAC projects and industrial cooling solutions in Jaipur. You will handle lead generation, client meetings, site visits, and negotiations to close orders.

The role requires 1–4 years in HVAC project sales with strong MS Excel/CRM skills, and willingness to travel for client visits and site assessments.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech / BE – Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 1–4 years of experience in HVAC project sales or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for HVAC projects and industrial cooling solutions.
• Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, builders, industries, architects, project teams, and corporate clients.
• Identify new projects and generate leads through market visits, references, networking, and online sources.
• Visit project sites to understand customer requirements and project scope.
• Coordinate with Design & Estimation for BOQ, technical specifications, costing and quotations.
• Prepare and submit commercial/technical quotations to customers.
• Follow up with clients for enquiries, quotations and negotiations.
• Conduct technical and commercial discussions with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Negotiate pricing and terms and convert enquiries into orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and project execution.
• Maintain customer relationships and develop repeat business.
• Maintain sales pipeline and visits reports.

Job Summary

Across Engitech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and target-oriented HVAC Project Sales Engineer to develop business for HVAC projects and industrial cooling solutions. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, site visits, technical requirement understanding, quotation follow-up, negotiation, and project order closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for HVAC projects and industrial cooling solutions.
• Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, builders, industries, architects, project teams, and corporate clients.
• Identify new projects and generate leads through market visits, references, networking, and online sources.
• Visit project sites to understand customer requirements and project scope.
• Understand HVAC requirements including AHU, Air Washers, 2-Stage Air Washers, IDEC Systems, ventilation, ducting, cooling and industrial HVAC solutions.
• Coordinate with the Design & Estimation team for BOQ, technical specifications, costing and quotations.
• Prepare and submit commercial/technical quotations to customers.
• Follow up regularly with clients for enquiries, quotations and negotiations.
• Conduct technical and commercial discussions with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, project execution and customer requirements.
• Maintain customer relationships and develop repeat business.
• Maintain sales pipeline, enquiry status, visit reports and regular sales updates.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Required Skills

• Strong B2B Project Sales & Business Development skills.
• Good knowledge of HVAC products, systems and project requirements.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated and willing to travel for client/project visits.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email and basic CRM/reporting.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in HVAC Project Sales, MEP Sales, Industrial Equipment Sales, HVAC Products Sales, Engineering Sales or Technical B2B Sales will be preferred.
