Requirements include a B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 8-12 years of HVAC PM experience; proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project; strong leadership and client handling; immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 8-12 years of HVAC project management experience.
• Experience with VRF/VRV, Chiller, AHU, Ducting, Piping.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project for planning and execution.
• Excellent client handling, communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver multiple HVAC projects end-to-end.
• Lead a team of Project Engineers, Site Engineers and Technicians.
• Budgeting, cost control, BOQ preparation, estimation and billing.
• Review AutoCAD drawings, designs and specifications.
• Manage client, consultant and vendor meetings and negotiations.
• Ensure safety, quality and statutory compliance on all projects.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues and escalations.
• Handle procurement, resource allocation and manpower planning.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management.

*Job Description:* We are looking for an experienced and result-driven HVAC Projects Manager to lead and manage multiple HVAC projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities: – Overall responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery of multiple HVAC projects

• Lead a team of Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Technicians

• Project budgeting, cost control, BOQ preparation, estimation and billing

• Review and approve AutoCAD drawings, designs, and technical specifications

• Client, consultant and vendor management – Handling meetings and negotiations

• Ensure all projects are completed as per safety, quality and statutory norms

• Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues and escalations

• Handle procurement, resource allocation and manpower planning

• Prepare and present project status reports to management

Required Skills & Qualifications: – B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• 8-12 years of extensive experience in HVAC Project Management (VRF/VRV, Chiller, AHU, Ducting, Piping)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent knowledge of HVAC design, estimation, and execution

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Project Planning tools

• Strong client handling, communication and decision-making skills

Eligibility:

• Must have handled large commercial / industrial / residential HVAC projects
