Job summary

Johnson Controls in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of HVAC projects, with a strong focus on chiller installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution.

You will manage schedules, resources, stakeholders and site teams, drive safety and quality, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure on-time procurement and budget control across large commercial and industrial deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) is an added advantage.
• 8-15+ years of experience in HVAC project execution and management.
• Strong hands-on experience in chiller installation, testing, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of HVAC projects from initiation to handover.
• Lead installation, testing, commissioning and startup of water- and air-cooled chillers, HVAC systems, cooling towers, and pumps.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop project plans, schedules, manpower deployment plans, and budgets.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and contractual compliance.
• Conduct site meetings and provide status updates to management and customers.
• Manage project risks and proactively resolve technical and execution challenges.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of project materials and equipment.
• Support project billing, cost control, variation management, and collections.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards throughout execution.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of HVAC projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in chiller installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution, with the ability to manage project schedules, resources, stakeholders, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
