Job summary

Shrinergy Solutions is seeking a hands-on Service Engineer for Chillers & HVAC (Field Services) to support installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial chillers. You will be the first on-site contact with customers, ensuring minimal downtime and high service quality.

The role requires 2–4 years in chillers/AC, ITI or Diploma in AC & Refrigeration or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, and the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of field experience in chillers or the AC/refrigeration industry.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting (mandatory).
• Ability to handle breakdown situations independently.
• Good communication skills for dealing with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Attend breakdown calls, diagnose faults, and carry out spare part replacements
• Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing of chillers
• Carry out installation and commissioning of new chillers
• Coordinate with customers and the backend team to understand and fulfil service requirements
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and job cards

About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on Service Engineer to support our Field Services team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial chillers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers on site, ensuring minimal downtime and high service quality.

Key Responsibilities
