Mumbai – On‑site (5 days)
What you will do
- Commission chillers and HVAC systems.
- Repair all types of HVAC equipment, including chiller and low‑side systems.
- Conduct customer follow‑ups and attend scheduled meetings.
- Coordinate with the Service Coordinator on manpower movements and part requirements.
- Lead weekly meetings on safety, site audits, and backlog concerns.
- Update the Service Manager and Coordinator on monthly plans.
- Attend and resolve complaints for all chiller models and low‑side equipment.
- Carry out timely PPM for chillers as per company SOP.
- Perform RCA for failures and share findings with the Quality team and FFL.
- Ensure compliance with Trane’s EHS guidelines.
- Handle all customer service requirements and provide timely solutions.
- Generate service‑related leads during field interactions.
- Ensure smooth, timely, and high‑quality job execution.
- Provide daily reports to the office and ASM; share service reports with the deployer along with parts requirements.
- Maintain a valid driving license for 4‑wheeler/2‑wheeler.
- Apply practical hands‑on experience in chiller installation, warranty activities, and AMC services.
- Use MS Office, Internet, and email applications for documentation and reporting.
What you will bring (Skills & Competencies)
- Strong technical knowledge of chillers and HVAC equipment.
- Hands‑on experience in commissioning, repairing, and servicing chillers.
- Familiarity with MS Office, email, and basic digital tools.
- Strong customer interaction and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a coordinated team.
- Commitment to safety, EHS compliance, and high‑quality service delivery.
- Good problem‑solving and task management skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum Graduation, Diploma, or ITI in Mechanical, R&AC, Electrical, or Electronics.
- Minimum of 5+ years of on‑site experience working on chillers.
- Strong technical knowledge of chiller systems.
