Talent Corner HR Services in Hyderabad invites applications for a Service Engineer/Technician role. The position focuses on installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of industrial process chiller systems, with travel to customer sites across assigned territories.

The candidate should have ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or RAC, and be fluent in Hindi or a local language. Working days are six per week with Tuesday off.

Responsabilités

• Install, commission, maintain and service industrial process chiller systems.
• Attend preventive maintenance and breakdown calls at customer sites.

• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
• Travel to customer sites within assigned territories.
• Prepare service reports and documentation.

Job description

Position: Service Engineer / Technician

Reporting To: Service Head

Education: ITI / Diploma Mechanical / RAC (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning)

Working Days: 6 Days (Weekly Off: Tuesday)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Role & responsibilities

Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of Industrial Process Chillers systems.

Attend preventive maintenance and breakdown service calls at customer sites.

Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical issues.

Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

Coordinate with the Service Head regarding service activities.

Maintain service reports and documentation.

Willingness to travel to customer locations across assigned territories.

Participate in technical training programs whenever required.

Qualifications:
