A reputed engineering project is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to oversee the complete installation, execution, and commissioning of advanced VRF/VRV air conditioning systems. This is a dynamic, field-based role best suited for candidates who are confident in independently managing site-level HVAC works.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end installation and commissioning of VRF/VRV HVAC systems on-site
• Interpret and work from HVAC design layouts, BOQs, and technical drawings
• Collaborate with consultants, site engineers, and client representatives to ensure project goals are met
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and on-time delivery during execution
• Supervise technician teams, manage material flow, and coordinate site logistics
• Provide on-site technical troubleshooting and resolution of HVAC system issues
• Report progress and escalate site-level challenges to the Project and MEP Heads

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in HVAC, specifically with VRF/VRV systems
• Age Range: 25–35 years
• Languages: English (Kannada preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong project handling, site coordination, and technical problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced project environment with field responsibilities
