Job summary

Integrated Personnel Services Limited advertises a senior HVAC design role based in Noida. The position requires 5–15 years of HVAC design experience with strong Revit-MEP capabilities for Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects.

You will perform HVAC load calculations, piping and equipment selection, and coordinate with electrical, architectural, instrumentation, and fire safety teams. The role includes BIM work (Revit, Navisworks) and delivering on site with project KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of HVAC design experience.
• Preferably 5+ years in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery projects.
• Strong hands-on Revit-MEP experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, NBC, OISD, IPC/UPC standards.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• HVAC load calculation using Carrier HAP E-20, ventilation design and equipment selection.
• Prepare/review AFD, P&ID, layouts, BOQ, RFQ, TBE, PR and vendor prints.
• Hands-on Revit-MEP/BIM, SP3D/E3D, Navisworks & AutoCAD.
• 3D modelling, clash detection/resolution and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Coordinate with Electrical, Architecture, Instrumentation & Firefighting teams.
• Manage deliverables, project KPIs and mentor junior engineers.
• Coordinate with site and head office for technical issue resolution.
