Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and engineering: develop HVAC system layouts, detailed 2D/3D drawings, load calculations, equipment selection.
• Project management: create plans, schedules, budgets; monitor progress to timely completion.
• Site supervision: perform site visits, inspect installations, ensure compliance with design documents.
• Technical coordination: work with architects and engineers to integrate HVAC with building utilities.
• Documentation & compliance: maintain records, prepare reports, ensure codes compliance including ASHRAE.
