Job summary

VMS is seeking an HVAC Design Engineer for Industrial Projects in Gujarat (preferred). The role involves designing HVAC systems for industrial facilities, preparing load calculations, layouts and documentation, and coordinating with other MEP disciplines. 3–10 years of relevant experience is expected.

Responsibilities include developing drawings, BOQs, technical reports, and supporting on-site execution and commissioning activities in industrial environments.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of HVAC design experience for industrial projects.
• Background in HVAC consultants / MEP consultants / HVAC contractors preferred.
• Experience with factories, warehouses, clean rooms, laboratories and utility areas.

• Prepare HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, layouts and design documentation.
• Develop HVAC drawings, specifications, BOQs and technical reports.
• Coordinate HVAC design with Architectural, Structural, Electrical and other MEP disciplines.
• Review vendor/sub contractor drawings, submittals and ensure compliance with project specs.
• Support site teams during execution, troubleshooting and commissioning.

• Develop HVAC drawings, specifications, BOQs and technical reports.
• Coordinate HVAC design with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing and other MEP disciplines.
• Review vendor/contractor drawings, technical submittals and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
• Support site teams during execution, troubleshooting and commissioning activities.
