Job summary

Sobha Projects Trade in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced MEP/HVAC designer to develop 3D HVAC models, perform loads, and select equipment for projects from concept to construction documents.

The role requires strong Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks skills, and familiarity with ASHRAE/NBC codes. 3–8+ years of relevant experience is expected, with on-site collaboration across trades.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
• Experience: 3 to 8+ years in MEP or HVAC design.
• Software: Hands-on proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
• Standards: Familiarity with ASHRAE, NBC, and related codes.
