Elite Staffing Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Design Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC design and engineering. The role involves designing systems, performing calculations, selecting equipment, and preparing engineering documentation to support approvals.

You will review datasheets, QA/QC documents, and QAPs, coordinating with procurement, vendors, and project teams to ensure compliance and timely material dispatches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC design and engineering.
• Prepare HVAC system designs, calculations, equipment selections, and engineering documentation.
• Address consultant/client comments and ensure timely closure of design review cycles.
• Review technical datasheets of HVAC equipment and materials.
• Coordinate with procurement, vendors, manufacturing, QA/QC, and project execution teams.
• Review and verify vendor/manufacturer QA Plans (QAPs).
• Monitor compliance with drawings, specifications, datasheets, and QAP requirements.
• Review inspection reports, test certificates, and quality documentation before material dispatch.
• Provide technical clearance for material dispatch after confirming compliance.
• Maintain records of approvals, revisions, technical submissions, inspection reports, and dispatch clearances.
• Support project teams during audits, inspections, and client/consultant reviews.
