Job summary

Innowell Engineering International is seeking a HVAC BIM Modeller to develop detailed models using Revit and coordinate with multi-discipline teams. You will model ductwork, piping, equipment and accessories, and prepare shop and installation drawings.

Clashes will be detected with Navisworks to ensure design integrity. Candidate should have 1–5 years of HVAC BIM modelling experience, proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks, and a solid understanding of HVAC systems and BIM execution

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of HVAC BIM modelling experience.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of BIM execution processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC models using Autodesk Revit.
