Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an HVAC BIM Modeler to develop and maintain BIM models in Revit and Navisworks, coordinate with architecture, structure and MEP teams, and support system design and take-offs.

The candidate should have a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, strong Revit (MEP) skills, and good knowledge of HVAC installations and standards. Knowledge of ASHRAE/SMACNA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP).
• Good understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, and relevant mechanical standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HVAC BIM models using Revit and Navisworks.
