Job summary

Egis is seeking an experienced BIM HVAC Modelling professional in Gurgaon region to develop detailed 3D models using Autodesk Revit MEP, coordinating with multiple disciplines to ensure project timelines and quality standards. The candidate will also prepare layouts and schedules and generate BOQs from BIM models.

The role requires 5-8 years of BIM HVAC experience across diverse project types, with strong BEP compliance and data integrity focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in BIM HVAC modelling.
• Experience in commercial, residential, healthcare, airports, industrial, hospitality, metro, or mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D HVAC models using Autodesk Revit MEP based on design drawings and project specifications.
• Model HVAC systems including Air Conditioning, Chilled Water, Ventilation, Smoke Extraction, Fresh Air, Exhaust Air, Ductwork and Piping.
• Prepare HVAC layouts, sections, schedules, and construction/shop drawings.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with Arch, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection using Navisworks.
• Update BIM models based on design revisions and engineer comments.
• Generate BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with BEP and client requirements; maintain data integrity and file management.

Job Description

• Develop detailed 3D HVAC models using Autodesk Revit MEP based on design drawings and project specifications.

• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, client requirements, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Maintain model accuracy, data integrity, and proper file management.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve model caonflicts.
• Deliver project milestones within defined timelines while maintaining quality standards.
