Job summary

Innowell Engineering International in Chennai seeks an experienced HVAC BIM specialist to drive high‑fidelity modeling, fabrication drawings, and spool layouts. You will implement best practices to ensure constructability and accuracy.

Role requires hands-on Revit work to LOD 400/450, duct sizing and routing, coordination of dampers, diffusers, and grilles, plus mentoring junior modelers remotely and delivering excellence to international clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HVAC BIM and fabrication drawings.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC concepts, ducting design and international construction standards.
• Hands-on Revit modeling to LOD 400/450, fabrication, spool and hanger drawings.
• Ability to guide junior modelers remotely and mentor.
• Excellent client handling and time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BIM deliverables including ducting models, spool drawings, and fabrication drawings.
• Coordinate with fire dampers, diffusers, and grilles.
• Ensure constructability, accuracy, and quality across BIM deliverables.
• Liaise with clients and teams to ensure schedule and quality.

• Hands-on experience in Revit for:
  • LOD 400 / 450 Modeling
  • Fabrication & Shop Drawings
  • Spool Drawings
  • Hanger Layouts
  • Equipment Connection Detailing
• Expertise in:
  • Duct sizing and routing
  • Insulation detailing
  • Fire & Smoke Dampers
  • Grilles & Diffusers coordination
  • Ability to ensure constructability, accuracy, and quality across all BIM deliverables.
• Strong understanding of HVAC fabrication standards and coordination workflows.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in HVAC BIM and fabrication drawings preparation.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior modelers remotely.
• Excellent client handling, communication, coordination, and time management skills.
