Job summary

Egis Road Operation India seeks an experienced BIM HVAC engineer to develop detailed 3D HVAC models using Autodesk Revit MEP from design drawings and project specifications. You will model air conditioning, ventilation, ductwork, piping and related systems to support coordinated design and construction.

Responsibilities include preparing layouts, sections, schedules and shop drawings; conducting clash detection with Navisworks; updating models for revisions; generating BOQs and take-offs;

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of BIM HVAC modelling experience.
• Experience on commercial, residential, healthcare or mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D HVAC models using Autodesk Revit MEP based on design drawings and project specifications.
• Model HVAC systems including Air Conditioning, Chilled Water, Ventilation, Smoke Extraction, Fresh Air, Exhaust Air, Ductwork and Piping.
• Prepare HVAC layouts, sections, schedules, and construction/shop drawings.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks with Architecture, Structure, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection disciplines.
• Update BIM models based on design revisions and engineer comments.
• Generate BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, BEP and client requirements; maintain model integrity.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve model conflicts.
• Deliver project milestones within defined timelines while maintaining quality standards.

About The Role

• Develop detailed 3D HVAC models using Autodesk Revit MEP based on design drawings and project specifications.

What do we need from you

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in BIM HVAC Modelling.
• Experience in commercial, residential, healthcare, airports, industrial, hospitality, metro, or mixed-use projects.
