Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC.
• 4–5 years' experience in HVAC AMC, service sales, or B2B sales.
• Experience with VRF/VRV, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and other systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for HVAC AMC and service contracts.
• Identify potential customers via market visits, references, cold calls, networking, and existing databases.
• Maintain relationships and increase AMC renewals.

Responsible for developing and achieving HVAC AMC and service sales by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, and converting service requirements into revenue. The role involves promoting Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), preventive maintenance, breakdown services, retrofit/upgradation, ROI analysis spare parts, and other HVAC service solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction and business profitability.

Qualification & Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or a related field: HVAC Service Sales profile is an advantage.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in HVAC AMC, service sales, technical sales, or B2B sales.
• Experience with VRF/VRV, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package units, ductable and other commercial HVAC systems will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities for HVAC AMC and service contracts.
• Identify potential customers through market visits, references, cold calling, networking, and existing databases.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and increase AMC renewals.
• Prepare and submit AMC, new AMC renewal, preventive maintenance, breakdown service, retrofit, and repair quotations.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand HVAC requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with the service/technical team for site surveys, equipment assessment, and preparation of technical-commercial proposals.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and contract closures.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual AMC and service sales targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update sales forecasts and follow-up status.
• Identify opportunities for HVAC retrofit, replacement, energy-saving solutions, spare parts, and additional service business.
• Monitor AMC expiry dates and proactively approach customers for timely contract renewal.
• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed AMC/service contracts.
• Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining targeted margins and profitability.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and commercial issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain customer and sales records, prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, and submit MIS to management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure proper documentation of quotations, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
• Support collection of outstanding payments from customers in coordination with the accounts team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales procedures.
• Billing management and Invoice accuracy.
