Job summary

RAC IT Solutions is seeking an HR Compliance specialist to oversee statutory labour law compliance, maintain records, and support HR operations across PAN India locations.

You will handle PF/ESIC/PT/LWF processes, registrations, licenses, and notices, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. A strong grasp of labour laws and MS Excel is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and Labour Laws is essential.
• Experience with statutory returns, notices, licenses, and registrations.
• Strong documentation and compliance orientation is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF workings, challans, and statutory returns.
• Handle ESIC IP card generation, PF/ESIC seeding, PF status verification, and resolve employee statutory queries.
• Manage Shop & Establishment registrations, renewals, amendments, Trade Licenses, and statutory notice closures.
• Coordinate gratuity claim processing with LIC and ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain statutory registers, labour law notices, and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with branch HR/Admin teams, consultants, and government authorities to ensure timely compliance across all locations.
• Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure 100% compliance with applicable labour laws.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
• 2-4 years of experience in HR Statutory Compliance and Employee Lifecycle Management
