Job summary

Fronius India is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with leadership in shaping talent strategy, onboarding, learning and employee well-being across the organization.

The role focuses on HR generalist duties, HR compliance, training programs, and collaboration with the HR International team in Austria to implement corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• RelevantCertificates and trainings would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to understand and execute HR strategy, talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Generalist HR responsibilities including onboarding/induction and training coordination at HQ.
• Develop and organize internal and external training programs.
• Strengthen employer brand and support for employees and managers.
• Manage learning interventions based on Training Need Identification.
• Employee data management in Workday.
• Support subsidiary management on HR topics.
• Contribute to HR projects like Great Place to Work certification.
• Serve as contact for governmental authorities on HR issues.
• Ensure legal compliance with POSH, PF, PT, ESIC, etc.
• Collaborate with HR International at Fronius HQ in Austria.

Skills And Requirements

Professional Experience

• 8 to 10 years of professional experience in HR
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS
