Job summary

BSH Home Appliances India is seeking a Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - HR Operations to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, HR systems, payroll inputs, compliance, and employee support across Whitefield and Adugudi.

The role requires hands-on delivery, strong operational discipline, and effective stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will maintain HRMS / Timelabs, coordinate payroll inputs, ensure statutory compliance, and act as the primary contact for HR queries while supporting

Responsibilities

• Maintain HRMS / Timelabs, employee records, reports, dashboards, and data accuracy.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with vendors and validate attendance and benefits data.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
• Issue letters (offers, transfers, promotions, relieving) and serve as HR queries contact.
• Support HR digitalization and process improvement initiatives.

Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - HR Operations (IC Role)

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, HR systems, payroll inputs, compliance, and employee support across our Whitefield and Adugudi locations. The role requires strong operational discipline, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and a hands-on approach to HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee lifecycle activities such as transfers, promotions, role changes, organization changes, and offboarding.


• Maintain HRMS / Timelabs, employee records, reports, dashboards, and HR data accuracy.


• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with vendors and validate attendance, leave, and benefits-related data.


• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.


• Issue employee letters including offer, transfer, promotion, and relieving letters.


• Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR queries.


• Support HR digitalization and process improvement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, HRMS, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee support.


• Good understanding of attendance, leave, benefits, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.


• Ability to manage multiple HR operational tasks with accuracy, ownership, and speed.


• Strong communication and relationship management skills across multiple sites.


• Comfortable working 100 percent from office and supporting both Whitefield and Adugudi locations.

Work Location:

• Whitefield (60-70%) & Adugudi (30-40%)


• Work mode: 100 percent work from office, 5 days a week.
